Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Adam was with a large executive search firm where he was a Principal in the Consumer practice, serving clients across multiple sectors including hospitality, entertainment, consumer products, retail and other multi-location consumer services. His search assignments have spanned key general management, finance, operations and marketing roles for public, private and private-equity backed companies. Adam was previously a consultant with KPMG, where he led client engagements on change management, talent assessment and organizational design with an industry focused on branded consumer companies. He began his career with a management consulting firm and a boutique search firm in the Washington, DC area. Adam earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and an MBA from Georgetown University. He resides in the Atlanta area with his wife and two young children.
