Sandra is a partner at Hanold Associates where she focuses on the recruitment of human resource professionals across industries including Learning and Development, Talent Management, HRBP, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development and Diversity and Inclusion. Prior to joining Hanold Associates, Sandra was an Executive Recruiter for Korn Ferry where she specialized in the recruitment of Chief Financial Officers and finance executives. Prior to Korn Ferry, Sandra was the Senior Director of Business Development and Account Management for Latin America and the U.S. for the Corporate Executive Board in their Information Technology Practice. Some of her clients included PepsiCo Mexico, Pemex, Viña Concha y Toro, Banorte, Grainger, Twitter, Chevron and Clorox. Sandra’s experience also includes roles in business development for Latin America at Euromonitor International, a U.K.-based market research and consulting firm and as Senior International Sales Specialist for Alliance Laundry Systems, a commercial laundry equipment manufacturer located in Ripon, Wisconsin. Sandra earned her Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and began her career in Oshkosh Corporation’s International Sales and Finance department. She enjoys traveling, reading non-fiction, biking, volunteering and spending time with her husband and children, family and friends.
