Ms Coyle is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who is energised by supporting organisations and individuals to be the best version of themselves. This is a philosophy that she applies to all her client engagements.

With 10 years experience across a wide range of industry sectors, Ms Coyle delivers high impact solutions for her clients in the areas of assessment, development, succession, talent management, diversity and inclusion, team and organisational effectiveness. She partners with clients to understand their business context and challenges, before designing solutions that are both practical and evidence based.

Her recent work has spanned financial services, technology, professional services, retail, manufacturing, life sciences, industrial and public sector.

Ms Coyle has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the National University of Ireland, Galway and a masters degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of Sheffield. She is a chartered member of the British Psychological Society.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2012, she worked in smaller boutique consultancies, in third level education and in a large manufacturing firm.
