1998 I started my jobboard business. First with JOBnews.at - a platform for austrian headhunters and HR-consultants, than with Jobfinder.at - one of the leading jobboards in Austria. In 2007 I sold my company and became Country Manager of StepStone Austria, focused on Online Recruiting with www.stepstone.at and with e-recruiting and talent management software. Since 2009 I am in the headhunter business with my company Eblinger & Partner, based in Vienna, Austria. With actually 26 empoloyees we are one of the leading Executive Search Company in Austria.
