Katie Ann Poxon is the Director & Head of Practice: Energy, Manufacturing & Infrastructure. Katie Ann joins us from Odgers Berndtson Group where she was responsible for recruiting senior management positions in the UK and internationally across Automotive, Rail, Aerospace & Defence, Shipbuilding/Marine, Energy and Infrastructure markets. Prior, Katie Ann was the Global Executive Search Talent Leader for Bombardier, the world’s largest manufacturer of trains and planes, with 80,000 employees worldwide and $18bn turnover. Whilst there, Katie Ann managed C-Suite level, Global, Regional and Heads of Function assignments across all business sectors including Engineering, Project Management, IT and Technology & Digitalisation, Procurement/Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, HR, Commercial, Sales & Finance. Katie Ann began her Search career in 2000 and by 2005, she was the Director of her own consultancy. Katie Ann graduated from the University of Loughborough with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art & 3D Design. Katie Ann’s 21 years’ experience leading European and International mandates has enabled her to cover a wide spectrum of clients across the Industrial, Transportation, Energy & Built Environment sectors.
