Omer Kucuksavas is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners, based in Turkey. Mr. Kucuksavas is a senior professional with extensive experience in sales, strategic planning, project management and manufacturing. He brings a wealth of technical expertise and almost fifteen years of experience in Automotive Engineering and Manufacturing with OEM and Tier 1 suppliers in Turkey and Europe and has led projects in Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Kucuksavas was the Sales Director at Assan Hanil, a Tier 1 supplier operating in various segments of the global transportation industry. He has also served in key management and sales positions at several multinational companies, including Autoliv Italy and Autoliv Turkey, and he acquired auto-manufacturing experience while working at Ford Motor Company Turkey. Mr. Kucuksavas has an MBA and a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. He speaks fluent Turkish and English and basic Italian.
