Born and raised in the Tar Heel state, Sarah now resides in the Big Apple splitting her time across the East and West Coast. She brings a level of passion, determination, and enthusiasm to her search work that is unmatched. Since joining Daversa, she has made a name for herself building out the VP and C-Suite management teams for healthcare, enterprise, product-led growth, and consumer businesses like Benchling, Lattice, Grammarly, Chainalysis, and Redesign Health, to name a few. While Sarah works across all functions, her expertise includes Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and People. Sarah holds a degree in Cognitive Science and Spanish from the University of Virginia.
