“After studying politics and economics, I started my career in sales at a leading global online recruiting platform and became increasingly enthusiastic about the challenges and opportunities in the search for specialists and managers. This was followed by positions in well-known personnel consultancies as a researcher, project manager and later also in the support of own customers from different industries across all hierarchical levels. My industry focus is in the processing industry and in the construction industry. The search for innovative solutions in the selection process of the right candidates motivates me every day. When I started at Headgate in the summer of 2021, I took the next step in my career into executive search consulting in an innovative and modern environment. In my spare time, I am passionate about cycling and running, relaxing by playing the guitar and spending time with my wife and two children.”
