Kelly brings an abundance of relevant, first-hand experience to each of her searches. She has worked with some of the most recognized brands in Canada and her 97% close rate keeps her as a trusted partner for many. She is known for delivering on complex and challenging searches where others have failed. Having worked in the Operations and Industrial space prior to becoming a recruiter, she has an intrinsic understanding of a company’s needs and is able to utilize real world experience while working with both clients and candidates. Kelly has an Honor’s Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Arts degree where she graduated with distinction. She is also fluent in English and French.
