Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, she accumulated over a decade of extensive professional experience across the finance and technology industries. Based in Madrid, Casilda co-founded two startups aimed at digitalizing sales processes for interior designers and sports clubs. She also led the creation and development of a new business line within an established Spanish scale-up. Her career began in investment banking, where she offered strategic advice to large financial institutions and financial sponsors. Casilda's meticulous, detail-oriented and evidence-based approach enables her clients to achieve their ambitions. Casilda holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
