With over a decade of experience in strategic recruiting and talent management in Fortune 500 consumer package goods, Allicia has a keen eye and rigorous framework for identifying leadership potential at the Manager and Director levels ready to take the next step in their career. After leaving her corporate roots, over the last ten years, Allicia has successfully completed over 200 search assignments for clients in a wide variety of industries and functional disciplines at the Director & Vice President level as well as dozens of C-level roles. ProSearch provides single search, interim executive placement, and multiple hire project-based recruiting services. A solution-oriented individual, Allicia’s straightforward and authentic style enables her to quickly become a trusted advisor to her clients. She develops a deep understanding of her client’s products/services, business strategy, and organizational culture to ensure the right match, every time. Prior to joining ZRG, Allicia was a Managing Partner at TalentRise, a boutique talent consulting company providing Executive Search and outsourced recruiting solutions. Prior to TalentRise, she was a Managing Director at Jobplex, a DHR International company, and her early career she held a variety of global recruiting and talent management roles with PepsiAmericas. Allicia has a bachelor’s degree in sociology and public administration from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point.
