As Managing Director of Swann, Nona is responsible for the growth and success of Swann and for evolving our suite of services to anticipate and meet the leadership needs of our clients in natural resources and related sectors. Building on her depth of knowledge of the mining and mining-related sectors, Nona has partnered with Canadian and international clients on senior-level search assignments and has advised executives on C-suite succession, technological advancements, career and talent development. Before joining Swann, Nona worked at various governmental and NGO organisations focusing on policy research. She holds a Master’s of Public Administration from Dalhousie University, Canada and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the City University of New York, the USA.
