Immediately after completing her bachelor's degree, Laura De Paolis started recruiting at another, also well-known executive search company in 2014 and learned how to identify and approach management and specialist personalities from scratch. Laura De Paolis has been a member of Meister Executive Search AG since January 2018 and initially managed the research team for two years and has been working as a consultant since the end of 2019. In addition, from January 2022 she will be operationally managing the Meister Networks division. Laura De Paolis completed her master's degree in International Management with a thematic focus on diversity recruitment at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland in 2017. She is fluent in German and English.
