Lucy’s responsibilities range from resourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, managing existing relationships with clients and candidates whilst contributing to resourcing new business, and admin support with advert writing, background checks, and CV formatting. Lucy comes from a fashion background, previously working in fashion sales and buying where she worked in both wholesale for a luxury womenswear brand as well as buying within luxury personal shopping. Lucy moved to London after graduating from the University of Liverpool with a degree in International Business. Outside of work, Lucy loves to stay active by running and cycling. She also has a special talent for making crochet bags!
