Michele M. Warholic, J.D., CAE applies more than two decades of professional experience with associations, nonprofit and higher education organizations to serving the special leadership needs of Vetted Solutions clients. Her resume features an impressive list of senior positions with numerous prominent organizations, including executive level roles and adjunct instruction in public and private higher education, law practice, and corporate human resources management.Her work as Executive Director of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) and the Educational Foundation and the Leadership and Training Institute is particularly noteworthy. In that role, she conducted and released their first report on pay equity. Her efforts played a significant role in calling attention to the pay disparity faced by women in the workplace and launched more than a decade of work on addressing the issue of pay equity. Most recently, she was Managing Director of Examinations, Education and Talent at the CFP Board of Standards. In that role, she provided oversight to CFP Board’s core professional certification requirements, including the rigorous CFP® Certification Examination; pre- certification education curriculum and experience; and post-certification continuing education. She remains an active member of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE) and serves on the ICE/NCCA National Commission for Certifying Agencies, which accredits professional certification programs. In addition to her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential, Michele holds a JD from the University of Akron School of Law, and a BA in Business Management from Hiram College.
