I started my career in the corporate sector in start-ups, SMEs and global companies working in direct marketing, operations management, worldwide events, and global conferences before finding my true passion in the charity sector. In the 13 years since I transitioned to the charity sector, I have become an experienced Chief Business Officer and Director of Operations working across membership bodies, education charities, a consortium of 52 speech, language, and communication organisations, and developing arts on prescription for vulnerable teenagers and adults. I have a consistent and high performing track record of developing and implementing operational, project and financial strategies that successfully set, and exceed, business objectives. I am an excellent communicator, a strong believer in the importance of building collaborative working relationships and thrive where I can optimise positive change and impact.
