Tom has 30 years of leadership experience in public and private sectors with a heavy focus in consumer goods manufacturing. In addition to his operational financial history, he brings a wealth of experience in varied reporting structures including traditional C-corporations, private equity and family owned businesses as well as many years reporting to overseas parent companies. Along the way he has led the finance and accounting teams during both buy side and sell side M & A activities and been instrumental in the post transaction integration of the financial and operational organization as well as ensuring key staff retention and maintaining organizational structure. Tom places high value on team development, understanding the key financial and operation business drivers, and how those drivers influence the strategic business plan in different scenarios. His ability to understand and bridge the financial and operational needs of growing companies along with his history in “multiple hat” mid-sized companies provides value to companies that are trying to understand where they stand financially and how to they can grow. His broad experience includes positions with manufacturing and healthcare companies, as well as public accounting.
