Poulomee Ghosh is a Partner with TRANSEARCH India and leads the not for profit and education practice. She is based in New Delhi. She brings with her 17 years of profound experience across executive search, research and management. She has been a founding member of India’s first cause connected executive search firm for the social impact sector- Third Sector Partners. Having been with the firm for 13 years, she was instrumental in advising and leading important C-Suit mandates and client engagements across diverse domains within the sector. For the past 8 years she was leading the organisation and was responsible for its overall growth and expansion. Prior to this she was an environmental research scientist working across innovative projects in air and water pollution with Vasundhara Foundation along with an interesting stint as the Head of a state-of-the-art cultural centre founded by a renowned Indian artist. Poulomee holds a Post-Graduate degree in Environment Management from IISWBM- India’s first B-school and is a gold medallist in Masters in Environment Science from Vidyasagar University. Passionate about the environment and the arts, she believes that her strong research and analytics background help her approach situations in a logical and systematic manner.
