Peter brings with him a 20 years experience from executive search from the Central European region as well as the Nordic countries and Germany, where he has been working on European, regional and country level top- and middle level managerial positions. Having worked mainly for international search firms, he has completed searches on a number of strategic positions in the Industrial and Manufacturing segment, within sectors such as HVAC, oil & gas, power & energy, material handling, coatings, commercial refrigeration, pulp & paper and others, but is also experienced from retail, SSC/BPO, FMCG, etc.

Peter holds a Master of Arts degree in political science from the University of Helsinki and also completed a postgraduate program in human resources management and labor relations at the University of Warsaw. Additionally he completed a undergraduate program in Polish and Czech languages and culture at the University of Helsinki. Apart from his home country Finland, Peter has been living in Sweden, Norway, Poland and is currently based in Czech Republic. He speaks English, Finnish, Swedish, Polish, Czech and has a working knowledge of German.
