Jayden hails from South-West Sydney and graduated with a Bachelor of Business majoring in HR Management before beginning his recruitment career in 2021. He joined TOM’s Projects, Transformation, and Change Management team in January 2025. Jayden recruits Business Analysts, Scrum professionals, Program Managers, and Project Managers in the financial services sector. Known for his clear communication and authenticity, Jayden is passionate about building strong, holistic relationships.
