I am a Senior Consultant specialising in Senior Finance and Accounting recruitment within the commercial and industrial sectors with a focus on property, retail and private equity. I am also the co-host of the [axr] Finance to Leadership Incubator and career podcast, “Your Future in Finance”. I graduated from the Australian National University, with a Bachelors in Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance, and became a Chartered Accountant. I started my career with KPMG and experienced different types of international accounting and finance contract roles, and more importantly the recruitment markets around the world (as a candidate), which developed my understanding of the importance and benefit of having a skilled and knowledgeable recruitment partner. I then began my career journey within the recruitment industry, looking to use my professional experiences to help others find their perfect job. I have spent the last 4 years recruiting finance roles in the Sydney market for a broad range of clients within the property/real estate, retail, private equity and corporate advisory sectors. I have a strong track record of helping clients and candidates make the right hiring and career choices. I have a passion for helping professionals to develop and grow their careers and am also the co-host of the [axr] Finance to Leadership Incubator and career podcast, “Your Future in Finance”. Outside of work, when I am not being a doting husband and dad, you’ll find me in the surf, playing football or watching my team Arsenal.
