Peter Fritzel is a partner at MSU Executive Search GmbH. He supports and advises clients in the TIME, professional services, and industrial sectors. His focus is on filling management and specialist positions. His activities are rounded out by activities in the field of management diagnostics/management audit. After graduating with a degree in business administration, Peter Fritzel worked for four years in pharmaceutical wholesale for Andreae-Noris-Zahn AG in Frankfurt and Cologne. He initially served as Logistics Project Manager, responsible for, among other things, the construction of a €25 million order-picking warehouse in Eastern Germany. He then assumed responsibility as Regional Controller for the Frankfurt, Cologne, Hagen, and Kassel branches, with a sales volume of approximately €500 million. In the summer of 1995, Peter Fritzel joined Ray & Berndtson as a consultant. As a manager, he served national and international clients, including medium-sized businesses, family-owned companies, and large corporations, for 14 years. Peter Fritzel has been a partner at MSU Executive Search GmbH since October 2009.
