Morgan has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the Technology and Finance Industries. He is well-versed with the Financial Industry, particularly in areas including Trade Finance, Corporate Cash Management and Retail Banking.

Having been a talent manager throughout his career, Morgan brings to the table a strong network and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by organisations in their endeavours to identify and retain talent and leaders.

Morgan started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and held several leadership positions at Deutsche Bank, Aspect Software and Barclays Capital. Throughout the span of his career, Morgan has helped grow organisations organically, as well as through mergers and acquisitions.

Morgan holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s of Science (Technology) from the National University of Singapore.
