Initially a project manager in the arms industry, Vincent quickly joined Veolia Environnement where he was responsible for various profit centers in France, then General Manager of the Hungarian subsidiary, recently acquired and to be integrated. He then joined the Egis engineering group as Managing Director of the motorway operating subsidiary, before moving into engineering activities as Deputy Managing Director for Egis International. He is notably in charge of Europe (including Russia and Ukraine), the Middle East and India. In these various positions, he acquired, through his functions as Managing Director, particularly abroad, and his mandates as Director or President of foreign subsidiaries, a broad exposure to intercultural interactions and international partnerships. He worked on the organization of the governance of subsidiaries, the definition and implementation of strategy, in very diverse contexts. At Exec Avenue, a Eurosearch Company, Vincent specializes in the industrial, B2B and B2Government services sectors (particularly utilities and infrastructure), investment fund investments, executive recruitment, mentoring, management reviews, and the evaluation and organization of managerial and governance structures.
