Tisha MacEacheron is a consultant in Caldwell’s Calgary office and an integral member of the Industrial Practice. Her ability to build and foster meaningful and lasting relationships, and her determination in achieving the right fit between organizations and individuals is truly valued by clients and candidates alike. Experience Prior to joining Caldwell, Tisha focused on the recruitment of senior-level executives in both the not-for-profit and private sectors at Conroy Ross. In the not-for-profit sector, she focused primarily on health, education and associations; in the private sector, she recruited senior executive, managerial and technical professionals in the oil and gas, communications, finance and environmental services industries. Before joining the recruiting industry, Tisha spent five years working internationally as an account manager for an advertising firm in Sydney, Australia. She also brings knowledge of and experience in the banking and retail industries. Education Tisha holds a certificate in general management from The University of Calgary.
