Judy Mandelman is a Partner and has been with Promeus since its inception in January 2005. With well over a decade of experience carrying out various research and recruitment projects, Judy has a successful track record of conducting senior-level executive searches for a range of clients in healthcare and the broader public sector.

She has led and implemented the effective research and recruitment strategies for numerous clients and organizations in Canada. With her focus on innovative research strategies, Judy is continually evolving the Promeus network and commitment to identifying a broad range of exemplary leaders for our unique health and public health executive search projects.

Judy began her professional experience with Medhunters.com, coordinating the recruitment activity of healthcare professionals worldwide. Following that, she joined the research team at PricewaterhouseCoopers Executive Search in June 2003.

Since then, she has been instrumental in building client and candidate relationships, stewarding complex and unique executive search projects and coordinating research and communications teams.
