Rachel is a Consultant at Dore Partnership, based in the New York office. She is responsible for executing searches across a broad range of investment management client firms. Prior to Dore Partnership, Rachel worked at Heidrick & Struggles in the Financial Services Practice and began her career in Campus Strategy at Morgan Stanley. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Global Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
