Robyn joined Leaders International’s National Diversity and Indigenous practice as a Consultant in 2019. She has thirty years of search experience in such roles as Senior Principal, Senior Consultant, Sole Proprietor, Branch Manager, and Project/Account Manager with national, international, and local boutique firms. Robyn’s c-suite executive search success spans several sectors provincially and nationally with particular expertise within the not-for-profit sectors including health/social services, pharma-care, professional associations, and regulatory bodies/colleges. Additionally, she brings decades of executive search experience in professional services, engineering, manufacturing, and retail. Recently, Robyn served as the Vice-Chair of the Board for The Canadian Mental Health Association’s Central Region, as Board Director for The Manitoba Writer’s Guild, and is currently an active member of the guild. She has been a volunteer mentor with a local service of the Canadian CED Network called Spark, a community connection service that matches organizations working on critical community issues with specialists who are willing to donate their professional skills for social good.
