Lori Clement is a Search and Talent Consultant at DRG. She supports nonprofits with talent strategy implementation. She conducts compensations analysis, executive search and consults on organizational design. Lori works with nonprofits in all sectors and brings specialized experience to those focused on Youth and Education. Prior to DRG, Lori worked with a financial services firm providing services to nonprofits on accounting and finance. She has also worked in education policy in New York State. Lori comes to DRG with extensive experience in marketing and business development. She loves working closely with nonprofits to execute their plans for growth and identify innovative approaches to achieving their missions. Lori and her family live in New York City. When not supporting DRG clients, she can be found reading science fiction, joining early morning dance parties or making escapes from NYC.
