Felipe Laufer has over 10 years' experience in executive search for both national and multinational companies. He has a general profile covering all main business sectors and executive functions for top management assignments. He started his executive search career in 2009 after joining the southern office of a large national firm as a researcher. He also worked for a British executive search firm as Manager for strategic areas such as Accounting and Finance, HR, and Sales and Marketing. In 2016 he joined Proposito/TRANSEARCH, as an Associate Director and since 2018 he is a Managing Director and Partner of TRANSEARCH in Curitiba. Prior to his executive search career, Felipe was in the news and publishing industry and worked as an Editor for the Business News Desk of one of Brazil´s largest newspapers. He holds a degree in Journalism from Paraná State Federal University, and a graduate degree in International Business. On the personal side, he is a marathonist and fan of outside activities and sports, like mountain biking and surfing. Felipe is fluent in English and has good command of German and Spanish.
