Lee Bhandal is our Managing Partner. Lee is a Board Director at our parent company, Elevation Recruitment Group, and a key member of the team that completed the successful MBO of that Group in 2014. As well as providing day-to-day leadership for Parkinson Lee, he also takes the lead for the appointment of CEOs and Business Leaders, and our CFO and Finance Directors’ practice. When it comes to Executive Search, exclusively and continuously in Yorkshire and the East Midlands, Lee is almost certainly the most experienced practitioner in the region, benefitting from a network that is probably unrivalled.
