Sabine has had quite a few demanding clients. And supervisors. All this taught her there is nothing better than a seamlessly smooth process. Sabine started in Guest Relations Management at the Grand Hyatt Dubai, in a completely different culture with extremely high standards and expectations. Back in Germany, she studied economics majoring in human resources, management, and organisation. At the same time, she finished a trainee program in the HR team at Generali Deutschland Gruppe, and built up experience in staff selection processes. Most recently, she worked at Russel Reynolds Associates for 7 years as a project coordinator – cross-sectoral (healthcare, industrial, tech, financial, consumer) and international, on many projects at the same time. And now: she’s responsible for keeping the plates spinning at New Chapter in Hamburg.
