Betty Wong is a Managing Partner within the Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Practice. Since 1993, Betty has successfully completed hundreds of searches from staff level to executive Vice Presidents within research and development, analytical, formulation and quality. Prior to joining Kaye/Bassman, Betty served in the petrochemical industry in Houston conducting searches for electrical, mechanical and chemical engineers.

She began her career at Kaye/Bassman over 20 years ago and has since been known in the pharmaceutical industry as an expert in the field. Betty has been recognized for her recruiting efforts and has received numerous awards on a regional and national level. Her ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships with candidates is what has led her to the amount of success she has received in her 20 year tenure at Kaye/Bassman.

Betty graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Betty lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband and two daughters.
