Victoria has over 20 years of recruiting experience and has worked with JBM since 2012. She has deep experience in accounting and finance talent at Fortune 500 companies, privately owned and private equity organizations in industries such as financial services, CPG, manufacturing, distribution, and real estate. Leveraging her years of work with candidates, Victoria takes a strategic approach to understand the client culture to align with the individual’s long term career vision. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University. Personally, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, being involved in her community, traveling and living a healthy lifestyle.
