Kelly Cline (she/her) is an Executive Search Consultant with Feldman Daxon Partners, joining the team in 2022. Kelly brings over 15 years of experience in search, with previous experience supporting clients in finance and accounting, manufacturing and engineering, and the public sector. Throughout her career Kelly has developed and maintained a passion for the search sector, always striving to find the best fit for both her candidates and clients. Kelly has a proven track record of identifying, pipelining, and securing top talent for her clients. Her approach is that of a “recruitment advisor,” establishing and building relationships to help her clients grow their businesses. Kelly has worked with clients in both Canada and the United States to develop recruitment strategies, build succession planning programs and establish business processes. Kelly has an honours diploma in Human Resource Management and has received several awards throughout her career in recruitment, including Presidents Club, Brand Ambassador, and Rookie of the Year.
