Germán Nicolás has over 30 years of professional experience, combining consulting, executive search, and management positions. He has worked at Korn Ferry, Hay Group, Neumann International, and Unilever, among others, holding key positions in various countries. Prior to joining Recarte & Fontenla, he was Managing Partner of Korn Ferry's Consulting in Spain and previously General Manager of Hay Group's Southern Europe division. Germán is an expert in consulting related to the human dimension of organizations, including executive and board evaluation, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational transformation. He holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), an MBA from IESE, and a Master of Science (MSc.) in Organizational Change from HEC Paris. He has published several books, including "Remando juntos" (Rowing Together) (published by LID Editorial in 2006) and numerous articles in the media on talent management in organizations. He is fluent in English.
