Hi I’m Olivia! I began my career working in a nursery as a Practitioner for 8 months while undertaking my BA Hons in Early Years Childhood Studies. I then worked my way up to a Nursery Manager where I worked in this role for 18 months. I then decided to take the leap into recruitment and worked as recruitment consultant in both primary and secondary for just under 2 years, with a 6 month break in between to go travelling. The opportunity then came to join Spencer Clarke Group and I knew I had to take it! At Spencer Clarke Group, I work with nurseries and education professionals across the Blackpool and Preston area, supplying both long-term and short-term staffing support. I have a passion for finding educators their perfect role and helping clients with their recruitment struggles, learning to understand the needs of their setting.
