Joining Isaacson Miller in July of 2021, Karson is a socially responsible practitioner, a non-profit leader, and an idea generator; dedicated to enhancing structures and systems that support healthy communities, increasing accountability, and advancing public good. She is devoted to amplifying the corporate and community experience by improving policies and practices that challenge the status quo and promote equal opportunity for all. With a Master’s in Public Administration/Public Policy, Karson is skilled in strategic planning, project management, process improvement, civic engagement, mission advancement, EDI, and more. She believes that success is connected with action and successful people keep moving. When not working, she can be found spending time with family and friends, traveling, or participating in local CrossFit competitions.
