Alexander has been active in the field of executive search, recruitment, consultancy and coaching since 1994. Prior to that he worked in international settings fulfilling commercial roles at Philips, Ericsson en Aerocom (Russia). He joined Confius in 2008. Through years of experience within his area of expertise and many encounters with clients and candidates he is able to quickly grasp what’s really going on within an organisation and which particular competencies are required and crucial for a successful placement.
