Alok has joined Cornerstone India’s Gurugram office as Partner. He comes with a purpose to develop and strengthen the Executive Search & Leadership Consulting Practice and manage senior level search mandates.

Prior to Executive Search, Alok has been in the corporate world for 30 years where he has worked for 2 large multinational organizations. He started his career with ICI India in sales/commercial functions where he worked for 15 years in different businesses of ICI like- Catalysts, Polyurethanes, Rubber Chemicals etc. and was the General Manager/ business head of the Catalysts business when he transitioned to Johnson Matthey India due to a global acquisition. He rose to the position of Managing Director and spent 15 years handling various business divisions including Country Head for Japan for a period of 3 years.

He is an active Angel Investor and a Professional Coach where he can use his experience and business understanding to guide start-ups towards growth.

An avid traveller, Alok has visited more than 30 countries.
