Jenni brings 20 years Executive Search and senior recruitment experience, primarily within HR. She has worked within a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on financial services, legal and professional services as a Partner at the London based HR specialist Fraser Jones. Jenni is currently completing a Diploma in Transactional Analysis which provides her with an additional insight into team dynamics, evolving leadership and the challenges of effectively managing people and change within organisations.
