As a partner, Kelli focuses exclusively on CEO/board of director searches for B2B software companies. She has led a number of True’s searches with high-growth businesses such as Dude Solutions, Acquia, Instructure, Malwarebytes, and Everbridge. Prior to joining True as an associate, Kelli began her professional career in recruiting at Philadelphia-based Insight Global. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Bucknell University.
