Ms. Rosenberg is a senior associate at Acertitude with more than 20 years’ experience. She supports our delivery team across critical aspects of candidate identification and development to ensure we meet the unique specifications of each search engagement and exceed the expectations of our clients. Jude brings a proven track-record recruiting the senior-most executives in finance, marketing, communications, and human resources for a variety of industries, including financial services, consumer packaged goods, healthcare and life sciences, and non-profit. She uses her technical expertise to create position descriptions and candidate specifications, source, develop, and interview candidates, write insightful profiles, and conduct reference checks. Prior to joining Acertitude, Ms. Rosenberg served as an independent contractor for executive search firms, including Technology Executive Group (TEG). Previously, Jude was senior associate with Slayton Search Partners in New York. Her earlier career was spent with Bonell Ryan, Ingram Aydelotte & Zeigler, New Directions, and Russell Reynolds Associates. A native New Yorker, Jude honed her craft in one of the world’s most demanding and fast-paced business environments. She still embodies the high-energy and work ethic of “The City That Never Sleeps” though she now resides in Florida with the love of her life Ken, whom she met nearly two decades ago. When she’s not at work, Jude’s interests range from writing her latest novel, running half marathons, travelling the world, immersing herself in great literature, feasting on inspired cuisine and imbibing fine wine, applauding pirouettes, and cuddling her Cavapoo Claude.
