Stephanie Simon became an associate in 2021. She joined Isaacson, Miller in 2016 as executive assistant to John Isaacson, chair and founder, and served as managing search coordinator in Boston. Stephanie has managed president, provost, and dean searches in higher education along with executive level searches within arts and culture. Before IM, she worked as a business reporter for The Patriot Ledger and interned with Boston Magazine. Prior to that, Stephanie spent five years with the Monroe County Community School Corporation in Bloomington, Indiana at Bloomington High School South.
