André began his professional career as a Trainee at ABInBev, where he remained for 4 years developing his career in the areas of Operations and People and Management. He joined Flow in Executive Search in 2014, shortly after its founding, where he became a Partner in 2019. He holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship/Succession from PUC-RS, and an MBA in Strategic and Economic Business Management from FGV.
