As a sought-after headhunter and strategic recruiter, Thomas is commissioned by banks, financial institutions and asset managers, to recruit managers, specialists and teams. He expertly applies the experience he has gained from many years in management, as well as his unique network in the financial sector in Switzerland, in classical and confidential search assignments. He also performs the function of management consultant with regard to staff matters, by providing assistance for companies in the development of new areas of business, the expansion of existing structures and succession planning. Thomas communicates in both German and English.
