Christina has been working at CSG since January 2018 as a Senior Consultant in the Mining team with key specialisms in the Mineral Processing and Mining Operations sectors. Christina focuses on wide variety of roles across a range of levels from metallurgists and multi-discipline engineers to product managers, sales managers, and country managers all the way through to Vice President and C-Suite positions. Christina also works with a range of clients from multimillion-dollar global mining equipment and engineering companies, multibillion-dollar mining companies to smaller SME mining equipment companies and technology start-ups. She has built up a strong network of clients globally working across a diverse range of companies. Christina is passionate about building long term valuable relationships with clients and candidates. At University she studied a bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Christina is an experienced recruiter who started her career back in 2011 within the UK legal sector, she wanted to progress into a global recruitment firm with a different area of focus so joined CSG Talent. Her greatest achievement to date was being part of a dedicated team that were responsible for successfully filling over 50 specialist mining roles in less than 9 months, this was part of a second largest construction project that has taken place within the UK. This project included opportunities such as resource geologists, data scientists, multidiscipline engineers, engineering managers through to commercial and contract directors.
