Joy Davis excels in environments that have the potential for chaos. She taught preschool for nearly 20 years.

Before becoming an early childhood educator, she worked for a management recruiting firm in Charlotte. Prior to joining Coleman Lew Canny Bowen in 2021, Joy was an executive real estate sales associate at HM Properties in Charlotte.

The Wilson, NC native graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. The threads running through her diverse career are education – whether children or clients; fast-paced and ever-changing workplaces; and exceptional communication and organizational skills.
