Tristan started his recruitment career in 2000 and has been successful in hiring for companies across general commercial, financial and professional services sectors placing middle and senior management into roles across marketing, technology and operations. Tristan has personally placed more than 1000 people throughout his career and is well versed in targeted headhunting on a global scale. Prior to establishing The Change Partners, Tristan spent 4 years in Singapore as Country Director for FiveTen Group and prior to that he was with Hudson and SThree Group.
