Erik has extensive experience in the automotive industry and has been working in this industry since 1990. After completing the IVA in Driebergen, Erik started at BMW in Amersfoort. After a number of positions in automation and secondment, he started working for Pon in Leusden. His first role was Sales Manager at Porsche in Leusden. In this period, the Cayenne was introduced and with this model the business market was also worked a bit more. After 6 years of Porsche, it was time for something different and he started working at Pon's Automobielhandel as a consultant in the Retail department. All kinds of programs and projects were rolled out here to support the VW Group dealers. Another 6 years later he became Account Manager within Pon Business Mobility. His main activities were maintaining contacts with the large accounts (companies with large fleets) and the VW group dealers. Erik is collegial, honest, determined and tactful. He also has a great sense of humor and is active in various sports. He enjoys sailing on the IJsselmeer and the Wadden Sea, and he also enjoys golfing, skiing in Austria, hockey and mountain biking.
